Carpet Cleaning
We specialise in carpet cleaning and use (steam) hot-water extraction and encapsulation to hygienically freshen up all types of carpet.
Rug Cleaning
We extract all the dirt and grime from heavy foot traffic on rugs and runners and are trained to clean delicate handmade rugs.
Upholstery Cleaning
We steam clean lounges, sofas, arm and dining chairs. Our skilled technician is trained in leather cleaning and conditioning.
Tile Cleaning
With our dynamic tile cleaning machines we are able to effectively clean all types of tiles and grout, making your tiled areas look like new again.
Steam Cleaning
Steam cleaning (hot water extraction) is a superior method to clean carpets rugs and upholstery. The hot water lifts the soil and debris from the carpet and can also remove unwanted allergens.
However, cleaning results will always vary depending on the skill of the technician and hot water extraction requires more water than encapsulation and carpet, rugs and upholstery can take several hours to completely dry – sometimes longer in the colder months of the year.

We are qualified and insured to clean all types of carpets rugs and upholstery and attend industry training when new advancements in cleaning technology become available.
Encapsulation
Encapsulation is a newer method of carpet cleaning that is suited for large carpeted areas with heavy traffic and is ideal for regular maintenance cleaning in commercial environments. It is also the recommended method to clean carpet tiles or glued carpet mainly found in commercial buildings.
Encapsulation works by utilising low VOC, hypoallergenic detergents which encapsulate and crystallize the soils that are embedded in the carpet. The detergent and rotary action of the machine release the soil and debris from the carpet which is then vacuumed.
A benefit of using encapsulation is the carpet will usually dry within an hour of cleaning and uses much less water. The carpet will also remain cleaner for longer periods making it the optimal method of carpet cleaning in commercial and large carpeted environments.
Upholstery Cleaning
We are leather cleaning & conditioning specialists!
Our upholstery technician is trained in all aspects of upholstery cleaning and conditioning. He can identify the types of fibres, fabrics and leather of all types of upholstery and understands the product chemistry from dye migration to cellulosic browning.
Some upholstery cleaning may require odour remediation, spot and stain removal. These cleaning methods use products that are anti-allergen, hypo-allergenic and generally all-natural solutions so you and your loved ones are safe from chemical allergens.
